Yes. Through the UYAP Lawyer Portal, files anywhere in Türkiye can be followed online; where necessary, hearings are attended in the relevant courthouse. When you reach out, we evaluate the file and decide together how to proceed.
We recommend an initial consultation first, to discuss the file, your expectations and the process. Once you decide to proceed, you can issue a power of attorney at any notary public using the lawyer's name, ID number and bar registration. From abroad, the document can be issued at a Turkish Consulate or notarised with an apostille.
